Book a Class
To ensure enough time to get settled, please arrive 10-15 minutes before class. This allows for a gentle transition for all students. Please be quiet as you prepare for class, so as to not disturb other students.
Remaining quiet for the duration of the yoga class ensures everyone is getting what they need out of their practice. Please catch up outside of before or after class with a hot tea.
No cell phones allowed in the main yoga room. This means less potential distractions for you and others. You can leave them in your bag in the other room (doors locked during class) or in your vehicle.
Please be mindful of using scented products. Many people are scent sensitive. Your natural scent is just fine!
While there is not currently a fee for late cancellations, please be mindful of cancelling as early as possible and ensuring you cancel if you are not going to make it to class, out of respect for our wonderful teachers!
If you have paid or have used a class card and did not show for your class, you will not receive a refund.
For all workshops and events, a refund is available up until 48 hours before the event.

How to book a class once you’ve purchased a class card, membership or intro week:
Usually, you will already be signed in and able to start booking classes right away without making a payment, after you have purchased a class card, membership or intro week.
If this is not the case, there are a couple of ways you can book:
- Go into your email from your purchase, copy the code provided and use the code in the payment section of your class booking.
-Alternatively, go into your email from purchase and click the “schedule” button. This will take you directly to the page needed.
