Our Classes

Restorative

Restorative is a slow paced, passive style of yoga focusing on rest and stillness. Often using props, poses are held for longer with with little to no effort, allowing the whole body to find ease.

Yin

Yin is a slow paced yoga, focusing on the deep connective tissues between the fascia and the muscles. Postures are held for 1-10 minutes. Warm Yin classes are at 30 degrees

Prenatal Yin

Just like regular yin classes, poses are held for 1-10 minutes at a time. Prenatal yin supports the growing body, moving gently and slowly, using props where needed. Yoga is a great way to connect with your body and sink into mindfulness.

Gentle Hatha

Gentle hatha yoga is a slower hatha yoga, sometimes using props to offer a gentleness to some postures. Allowing you time to slow down and listen intently to your body. This tends to be a “low and slow” kind of class.

Hatha

Hatha is a tradition style of yoga, focusing on mindfulness and movement. It can be practiced at a slower pace and some postures are held for longer than other styles of yoga.

Gentle Flow

Gentle flow is just a gentler version of vinyasa, still linking movement with breath, but a better option for those new to yoga.

Hatha ll

Adding some deeper bends, arm balances and less instruction, this class is for someone looking to challenge themselves a little more. Bring a sense of play!

Yang/Yin

Yang/Yin finds balance between two styles of yoga, bringing dynamic movement and passively held poses together to round out your practice.

Vinyasa

Vinyasa yoga, also known as flow yoga, is a smooth transitioning yoga, linking movement with breath. This style of yoga is faster paced!

Power

Power yoga is a fast paced style of yoga with an emphasis on athleticism and flowing from one movement to the next.
